Il ContactCenterWorld, associazione per i “Contact Center Best Practices & Networking”, ha premiato con l’oro Teleperformance Portogallo nella categoria “Large Outsourced Contact Center”.
Ogni anno i migliori contact center del mondo partecipano a questo prestigioso evento e anche in questa occasione America, Asia, Africa e Europa si sono contese i “Top Ranking Performer Awards”, considerati da molti i premi più importanti del settore.
I nostri colleghi portoghesi si sono aggiudicati il massimo riconoscimento nella categoria relativa al miglior contact center in outsourcing di grandi dimensioni, superando tutti i competitor in gara.
Le motivazioni del premio sono state esposte da Raj Wadhwani, presidente del ContactCenterWorld:
